Hotel Salzburg Land is traditional hotel in the beautiful town of Zell am See, in the mountainous South of the Salzburgerland province. It is famous for its fin de siecle architecture and we at Hotel Salzburg Land are proud that our house ranks among the most noteworthy Imperial building of Zell. Our luxurious suites and rooms – many with excellent views on Lake Zellersee – carry the spirit of the Austrian-Hungarian Empire into modern days.

Zell am See is a small town with a Medieval core, a lakeside promenade and excellent skiing and hiking opportunities. Due to the vicinity of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier, Zell′s skiing season runs all year round. However, most of the summer guests at Hotel Salzburg Land stay for the Salzburg Festival, hiking or spa holidays – in fact, the spa at our very Hotel Salzburg Land offers a range of services that make many of our guests to stay mostly indoors. The spa section is the most modern part of our hotel, added only in 2007 and a state-of-the-art facility. Enjoy massages, sauna, steam baths, whirlpool or cosmetic surgery – you won′t recognise your wife again after she has been to the spa of Hotel Salzburg Land - and we both know that this is probably a good thing!

The restaurant of Hotel Salzburg Land is open to everybody and offers a range exclusive meals, most of which are prepared according to traditional Austrian recipes – only supplemented with the lightness of 21st century cuisine. Guests with special dietary requirements will be thrilled to find out that there is a sausage stand just around the corner. All rooms at Hotel Salzburg Land are equipped with a water kettle, TV set, chairs, a table, modern bathrooms with showers, a fridge and mini-bar and even beds. Our hotel is open all year round. Skiers will find a locker in our heated storage room.
